INSTRUCTIONS
LECTURES
WEEK 1
In the first class, we are briefly introduced to the tasks for this module. We first structure our paper, identifying the literature review (LR) sub-sections or sub-topics through a literature review matrix spreadsheet so that we can see what is missing. Once the paper structure is completed, we need to complete the literature review section by the end of the next week. We are advised to re-read what we wrote about the critical review last semester and construct a literature review matrix spreadsheet to discuss next week.

WEEK 2
Dr. Hayati reviewed our paper structure and gave suggestions on improving the structure of the literature review.
What to include in a literature review:
- Reference original works, rather than using secondary sources to read what others have said about a work.
- The topic itself should be the focus. . All content should be relevant and clearly state your own research question.
- Clearly explain why you chose to review certain literature. For example, are the works you chose the main works in the field, or do they embody a particular methodology.
- What will you use in your own research project? Generally speaking, you should only include academic sources.
WEEK 3
This week we are taking some notes on how to write a literature review matrix. To ensure your sub-section topics are well structured, use the topics you identified in your draft literature review matrix.

WEEK 4
This week we completed the literature review of Part 2 and started the research method of Part 3. We obtained a reference writing template provided by our instructor, which made our work much easier.

WEEK 5
This week, our teacher reminded us of the deadlines for writing the draft of our paper. We started writing the results or findings and analysis (Chapter 4 or Section 4) and discussion (Chapter 5 or Section 5), which are included in the draft of the paper. WEEK 6
After completing the previous sections 4 and 5, we move on to summarizing all findings, including how to write a conclusion, introduction, and abstract.

This week you will complete a full draft of your paper, including everything from the cover page to the appendices.

Literature review matrix
Our task is to construct a literature review matrix to help us write the content of Section 2 and the sub-headings.
Draft dissertation
In the research methodology, I referred to the research results of the previous semester and completed this part based on the investigation and research I did last semester. There is a lot of work to be completed in a week, and I need to arrange my writing time, especially since I have a language barrier and need to translate after writing the Chinese content. After completing Parts 4 and 5, I believe the following content will be easier because the most difficult part is Part 5.
I have done my best to complete the writing because this weekend is the deadline for submission. After completing the discussion and conclusion, things become easier to handle.
It took me and my friend several hours to figure out how to separate the Roman letter pages from the number pages. We ended up going through the entire draft to minimize grammar and spelling errors and to make sure the content was in good order. I was very proud to have submitted my draft on time. It was a relief.

After the draft paper is completed, we need to check the duplication rate and modify it. After the modification, submit the final paper PDF and TURNITIN index similarity report. However, my final paper AI index is too high, so it needs to be revised again, and finally there is a Revised Final Dissertation.

REFLECTION
Although I had experience writing papers last semester, I still didn’t know what I needed to do at the beginning of this semester. I needed to slowly understand it myself. Maybe I didn’t do it very well at the beginning, but I am working hard to improve it and do my best. When the paper was completed, I breathed a sigh of relief and felt that I could finally relax a little, but I would still complete the subsequent content seriously.
